Human's Lungs are an easily aging organ , plus the air pollution these days are becoming further serious; the elderly even the youth should pay more attention to the omens of respiratory diseases.
 
Coughing is an important sign to determine respiratory aging, because after age fifty, the cardiopulmonary function of human body would gradually decrease, the alveolar elasticity may worse and the respiratory could narrow.
